Experience Rustic Clifton Bungalow
Original rustic 3-bedroom wooden bungalow is situated just a few steps from the perfect white sand and aqua blue sea off famous Clifton beach. It has a private large lush green back garden and BBQ area from where you can watch the most perfect sunset.
The 4th beach Clifton bungalow is original and authentic to the Clifton area.
The bungalow is only accessible via street access. The stairway down to the bungalow is an uneven cobblestone, so please keep this in mind on arrival.
The wooden bungalow has 3 bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds. It has a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge (all newly renovated in 2023) leading to the terrace overlooking the ocean. A spectacular spot for soaking in the sun and watching sunsets and the on-site UPS will ensure an uninterrupted electrical supply to the wifi router throughout your stay.
There is a spacious and totally private and quiet lush green back garden, which is very unusual for the neighbourhood, and a special feature compared to other accommodations available along the beach. Here you can enjoy a Braai or have a relaxed afternoon in the hammock.
Guests will have instant access to the beach within a few steps - no roads to cross!
Please note that the third bedroom is only accessible via a steep set of stairs, going through a trap door, so it is not recommended for children or elderly people.
The property does not have a parking spot, but you can use public parking on the street at the top of the steps that lead down to the bungalow. Please also be aware that the steps are quite steep and uneven, so this may not be ideal when traveling with small children.
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the house to themselves.
Other things to note: The third bedroom is down a trap door in the lounge - a wonderfully quirky escape :)
For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
