Clifton is +/- 5 min drive from restaurants, shopping, entertainment & nightlife; 10 to 15 min drive to city centre; 25 to 30 min to the airport & is central to nearby tourist attractions.
Nestled in the heart of the exclusive Clifton along the Atlantic seaboard in Cape Town, our stunning two-bedroom garden apartment is a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility. With two elegantly appointed bedrooms, each boasting its own en-suite bathroom, this residence is designed for the discerning traveler seeking both comfort and style.
As you step into the main bedroom, a sumptuous queen-sized bed awaits, while the second bedroom features a cozy double bed, with the main bedroom opening to a private garden oasis through seamless stacking doors. The entire property is a symphony of indoor-outdoor living, with the living spaces flowing effortlessly to a veranda that reveals breathtaking views of the azure Clifton sea.
Entertain in style in the spacious kitchen, where the beauty of the sea becomes the backdrop to culinary creations. A dining area for six beckons for intimate meals, while a generously sized L-shaped couch invites you to unwind with panoramic views and the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace during winter evenings.
For those who revel in outdoor pleasures, the veranda extends to a private garden retreat, complete with a refreshing splash pool. Marvel at the coastal panorama from your outdoor dining area, or fire up the gas barbecue for unforgettable al fresco gatherings.
In every room, built-in fans create a gentle breeze, allowing you to relish the fresh summer air while staying cool. Just minutes away from Cape Town's renowned Clifton beaches, this apartment is the epitome of seaside living, offering both accessibility to vibrant city life and the serenity of a private coastal haven.
Please note that the property is accessed via a charming flight of stairs, adding to the exclusive ambiance but making it regrettably unsuitable for wheelchairs.
