Bedroom 2 with queen bed has a full bathroom across the passage while bedroom 3 also with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom has a small lounge area which could also sleep, one child. The fifth bedroom with ensuite bathroom and bunk beds is to the side of the home. There are also various additional spaces for cots as this is a large home. And it can even sleep more people than 12 but we don’t encourage it.
