The apartment is also only a few houses away from “ Bootleggers” which is ideal for delicious breakfasts and light lunches. It is approximately 10mins drive from Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront.

The second bedroom features two single beds which can be joined to make a king extra length size bed and the second bathroom contains a shower, bath and toilet. The third bedroom features 1 double bed and shares the bathroom with the second bedroom.
The spacious lounge and dining room area includes a flat-screen TV with full DSTV bouquet . This area opens onto the expansive terrace that has an adjustable slatted roof cover and offers panoramic sea views.
